Shipping policy

Orders are shipped the next working day when placed Mon-Fri. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

 

Standard Delivery - Your order should arrive with you within 3-5 working days of us dispatching it from our HQ.*

 

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - Your order should arrive with you within the next working day of us dispatching it from our HQ.* Signature on delivery is required.

 

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - Your order should arrive with you within 2-3 working days of us dispatching it from our HQ.* Signature on delivery is required.

Please note once the item has been marked as 'DELIVERED' by Royal Mail we do not hold any responsibility for the parcel. Please ensure your address is correct as we will not be held responsible for any lost parcels due to incorrect information or third party company details been given. 

We hold no responsibility for misplaced parcels on your request of safe place delivery.

When returning any items we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We sadly cannot be responsible for any returned items until arrives with us at our HQ.
